extele.net now have the full UK T610 Sim free showing as in stock with next day delivery. Price is £349 (inc VAT). Tempting bearing in mind it will be unbranded but the sensible part of me is thinking I should patiently wait for Orange! See link below for link to extele's T610 page. And no I am not afiliated with them in any way - just passing on this info as I'm sure some will be interested!

£349!!! They must be absolutely crazy! You can get one here for £289. Not sure whether these are Vodafone branded.

I spoke to CPW today and they have a definite price of £299.99 sim free.

Extele are taking the p**s with a price of £349.99 and they don't even mention if it is from a "hissless" batch.

I went into CPW today to upgrade my phone but apparently they have none in stock not even in the warehouses!

I'll be phoning them regularly until I get my hands on one!

I'm planning to upgrade mine on O2 at CPW as well.

Just phoned CPW Direct (7pm BST) and was told they are now showing as being in the warehouse and so should be available in the next couple of days.

Will check with my local branch tomorrow.

I am guessing they are charging more since they appear to be the only UK retailer to actually have any GSM stock T610s in stock at the moment. Direct mobile accessories mentioned higher in the thread don't seem to state that it is in stock - only that it is "usually available straight from stock" which sounds highly suspect to me!

Just spoken to CPW Direct again to get confirmation. They are showing 800 in the warehouse but the person I spoke to said that the shops may not get them till next week. Will check with my branch in the morning but may have to buy it from CPW Direct. The only disadvantage is that my local branch said they would give me an extra 10% discount reducing the price to £135 and would give me £20 for my old t68i which, by genuine coincidence, developed a fault at the weekend - one of the keys stopped working. I may lose both of these if I buy on the phone.

CPW won't let me buy one online till Wednesday and they will be in their stores on Monday @£299.99.

I wonder what it is about Wednesday, Celestica are not starting to fix the T610's (with the hissing) till Wednesday and CPW won't sell a T610 till then?
