> Please help me with SMSPlus on the P800

Could someone please help me. I have put the SMS PLus program onto my P800 and got a few ".sms" games. I have tried to put the games onto my P800 but they just go on as an unknown file.
Can someone please help me with getting this to work.

save the roms to ur p800, then remember where u place it... then open smsplus, then load rom, then open the rom...

By the way does anyone know how to go up and down in the games. I have tried and tried, sometimes managed (dont know how though!!!) and is getting a bit annoying. In the smsplus help it says "lockscreen"????
