i have the same problem with my T610... don't know what to do either apart from a master reset... do i lose just my pictures after a master reset or are the settings reset to defaults as well?

same here aswell, but i only have about 30k left on my t300 and i only have a screensaver and a few ringtones, oh, and tony hawks. Would a master reset sort this out? i searched around for a bit, but there were conflicting opinions on what the master reset actually does and what t deletes. My software is R1b. Does anyone know of a way of soting out this memory problem without getting rid of tony hawks, which ive only had for a month and have no way of backing it up?

Do a 13 second reset. That will give you as much memory as you can have.

i did the master reset 13s trick, all pics and games and tones went except the game ERIX, also got rid of the t-mobile start up and shut down animation and the mobile internet logo
no phone numbers or text messages were lost
but recommend a back up anyway

Ahh, but i have no way to back up you see. also when i went to click on master reset, reset all, it said that i would loose all of my contacts etc. is this only true with t300 with R1B software or lower?

@ozilla
this problem will be solved IMMEDIATELY with a firmware upgrade, as ur firmware has a bug with the memory manager. BUT TAKE NOTE: THE NEWER FIRMWARES DO NOT ALLOW U TO DELETE PREDEFINED ITEMS. THIS LEAVES YOU WITH AROUND.....er....well.... 340kb. total is supposed to be 1.1mb. also note tt loading ANY theme (including the "classic" theme) will result in some memory lost to loading the images in the theme.

Well i dont know i guess i willdo the master reset, coz anyway i can download them again.
there is also 1 more thing that makes me wonder why after master reset u only get like 600-700 memory left
what about the rest?
