It doesn't work with P800. Post your angry comments at Apple's forum and let them know about your plans to switch to Windows if they don't fix it (maybe they'll buy it):

Say's it supports syncing of "Address Book" and "Address Book Pictures" with "Calendar" and "To Do Items" coming soon.
You'll also find "Bluetooth Support 1.2.1" in your Software Update.

Works, but only the addressbook part. Calendar and todo are listed on the iSync website as "coming Soon". seems to work fine (no cradle support though) but I had several entries removed from my P800. The entries were still there, but the phone numers and all other data was missing. So make a backup with GSM remote or something and be careful.
Hopefully Apple will add Calendar Support quickly but I guess we have to wait for panther to get this.
And don't forget to download the Bluetooth 1.2.1 update, otherwise you'll run into strange problems.
