Hi,
As i'm getting my phone exchanged this week for a non-hissing version i want to backup EVERYTHING on my phone including wap settings, emails, messages and also the phonebook ( but as in profiles and not separate people if that make sence )
what is the best software to use for what i want to do ?
i have the bluetooth dongle aswell...

umm ok didn't really answer my question but yeah if you bought it less than 14 days ago you should be able to get a full refund ok.
i'm just doing a striaght 1 to 1 swap though.
