What can I do to charge my cell phone
with this cable? DRS-11?

I don't have the DRS-11 but I had the DCU-11 and I think they are the same. On the back of the connector part (where it connects to the PHONE, not the PC) there should be a slot where you can plug in your charger. So, you plug in the charger to the cable, and the cable plugs in to the phone. The slots for the charger were on the opposite end of the connector (opposite from where the phone plugs in) next to where the cord comes out of the connector.
