> T68 contacts exceed SIM capacity

Forgive a newbie but I can't find anyone ahveing answered my question regarding SIM capacity.
I have a UK Orange T68i but with 150 contacts - if I wish to store them to the SIM Card (max capacity 90) - it don't go.
Is there a larger capacity SIM card now available, as I do't want to lose my contacts if the worst happens. When I last went to Carphone Warehouse they did offer a back-p service,but as I remember it was only the numbers on the SIM.
Any body got a get out?
