allmost all R2A and R1A have the problem.
some R7A T610s should be fixed.
I've heard that anything before week 23 is suspect.
Code would appear like this: 03W23 (on the sticker under the battery).
I think the most T61s in stores now are the ones with the problems.
I dont think SE is taking them back, they just wait till they are sold.
