Hi, i just purchased a T610 and I'm having problems getting it to communicate with my desktop.
I used to run XTND connect with my T68i and it worked flawlessly.
Before installing the new version of XTND connect for the T610, I uninstalled the previous version (used for the T68i).
Once I installed the new version of XTND, I tried running a syncronization but to no avail. It tells me that it is "Unable to connect to the Phone".
I sync through an orginal Sony Ericsson serial cable (the same I used for the T68i). The cable is perfectly connected to the serial port.
Has anyone else had this problem. Any suggestions on how to overcome it? Please help.... thanks....

Hi, I have exactly the same setup as yourself, and I performed the same steps as yourself, and mine worked OK. I do occasionally get connection problems, but I think my data cable has a minor problem which is usually resolved by disconnecting it and reconnecting it. Have you tried powering your phone and off?

I've this problem at frist but then I remenber when I connect my old T68i to PC I've this application call "Dial up wizard" supply by SE this progrom actually allow you to connect to internet via your mobile phone. but other then that it also allow you to choose the port your PC connect to your phone, so what I've done is I choose the first 4 port as "enable" and "reserve" to my T610 and true enough after restarting my PC it automatical synchronize my phone to my PC and now with T610 its even more powerfull then sycn with T68i you can even see your whole C drive in your phone.
