> What is Quickshare?

Sorry for the dumb question, did a search and found numerous mentions but nothing with any detail.
So, what exactly is Quickshare, and how is it used? How is it different to sending a picture to someone using Bluetooth or MMS etc?

Yes, I looked it up on the SE website on line help, which says that quickshare is not a specific technology, but many features enabling you to share images more easily, e.g. MMS, IR and bluetooth.

with t610's quickshare, after u take the pic, just click another button and u can save it on the phone. on the t68i/t300/t310, u haf to save it in the cam den transfer it over to the phone.

the t610 does not let u send through any other method other than MMS as soon as u take the picture
if u want to send with different methods, u need to firstly save it and then get it out of your ''my picture'' section and send of there

No, even going through the MMS method after taking the picture you get the choice to send as email (but it goes via MMS server) or MMS.
If you want to send as normal email through a pop3 server, or via bluetooth or IR then you are correct, it is a bit more long winded but I imagine SE will realise this and improve the send options after taking ther pic.
The P800 gives you the choice of MMS or normal email after taking the pic.
