Does anyone know if you can do a system backup with the new isync1.1 software on the MAC?

No, you can synchronize AddressBook and iSync only. On Symbian phones you can synchronize contacts only now, callendar sync "coming soon" (by Apple web page).

For full P800 backup I use PC Suite with VirtualPC.
