I've only tried this with my T39 and don't know how it works on T68.
If your friends are asking you whole the time trying your cool phone, just tap *#05#. Don't try to enter any code, because it can lock the whole SIM card. When your friends have gone, just press 'No' to exit.
What a nice bug!

If you are a T68 owner... be VERY careful !!! When I tried to press this sequence... my T68 answered "Wrong code" and then was totally locked !!

!! I had to enter the PUK Code to unlock it...!!
What a mess...!!

I'm so sorry!!
But you got the same message as me. First a wrong code message and so a PIN-lock. Did you tried to press 'No' without typing any PUK code? It seems to work with other T68...

I tried again... and you're right... the T68 said "wrong code" and then come an empty screen asking for the PUK code. If I press "No", then the T68 return to the normal screen, and works just fine. However, I don't see how useful it is to press *#05#...?!?
I probably missed something somewhere...!?!

Bloody Hell, I just had a heart attack... I pressed that code and it locked my card and asked for the PUK, which I don't have... but then it worked again.... without entering the PUK....
Don't advice this code to anyone without a PUK!!!

Don't play with that code. It was posted some time ago that this code can block your sim card permamently. SO, avoid playing with this cause it might be dangerous!

Play with the PUK code at your own risk!
The rule about PIN and PUK is if you type wrong PIN three times, your SIM card will be locked and you will need to type the PUK to unblock it.
If you type a wrong PUK code ten times your SIM card will be destroyed and nothing can save your information stored on the SIM card.
You will also have to contact your operator to get a new SIM card. And probably pay for it too. The cost price for a 32 k SIM card is about 15 Euros, so you should be paying just a little bit more than that!
