I dropped my phone the other day causing quite a few scratches and dents. Ive just called SE customer care to find my nearest service center which is 'MILEAGE' away! So they told me to send it to them at 'Celester Care' in Telford, and it will be repaired within 7-10 days.
I'm a bit wary of sending my phone to them especially when ive no idea how much this will cost, anyone else in a similar situation? Suggestions please!!!

I sent my phone to Celestica in Telford for an upgrade and they sent it back 14 days later not upgraded and no explanation.
