Hi to all the T610 owners out there, was wondering if you could tell me roughly how many pics you can store taken with the camera? I'll only be taking pics in hi-res, and 2mb of memory doesn't sound like a lot to me... looks like an awesome phone though!

well... a max res picture of 288 by 382 takes a picture of 13kb which stores on the T610 as 48kb (according to picture info) so divide that into 2mb (if you really had 2mb free which you dont) and you have 43 pictures that you can store.
Lets say you use 1mb for built in stuff and games so you can perhaps store 22 pictures.
Just remember this is a phone, and the camera is generally for pics you want to use in the phone. I can't imagine storing 22 pics on my phone. I might take a few and transfer them to my pc or use them in an email or MMS message but I think its plenty for such a phone.
Of course you could take pics of 120 by 160 which are 3kb in size and take 16kb to store on the T610 so you could get 3 times as many in your available memory.

i think the KB size of the pic's you take is not that much. its the same as on a P800. and the bigger the better they would look, but if they are a bit lower like on nokia and samsung, the pic is worse.
and siemens have got the best cams. so whit 2MB you can store enough pics.

288x352 exactly, but isn't that a bug, that 13kb takes 48kb?! this irritates me much... Do you think, this gets fixed in fw ugprades?
