I am wanting to return my T610 to the vodafone shop where I bought it because of the infamous hissing problem. I was just wondering if anyone had done the same with a T610 on the voda network? If so...what did they say, and how long will it take to repair?

I took my first one back to the shop and they were aware of the problem, they told me it was a software problem with a batch that SE had sent them and that it had now been fixed (even though it hasn't and they just tweaked the earpiece volume). They brought out another phone which i tried in the shop though it wasn't any better, so they just cancelled my contract, and i got a refund.
They have a 2 week refund/return policy so make sure you get back before then.
