my p800 is recieveing duplicate messages , 1 orignal and 1 same duplicate message .... is there anyone facing this prob .. is this some king of virus or prob in phone ?

Don't suppose you two have the same service provider?
it's not uncommon for the network to have a glitch from time to time and send duplicate messages.

actually there's nothing in the link to suggest that it isn't a netw glitch. lack details. like when did it start happening? immediately after the phone was activated? after an firmware upgrade? after installing a particular application? does it happen everytime? or does it only happen on certain time & location? does it duplicate messages after receiving a new message or does it duplicate the message after reading it and waiting for a while? and if it is phone related how come this isn't a hot topic?
