I think that the Memory Duo's should be released in 2 versions, ones with the adapter sleeve and ones without, how many do we need. I realise some people will need the sleeve for every one they have, but not P800 users surely.
I've seen the sleeves for sale separately for about £30, this would bring the price down as well.

But WHY would they sell them in ANY mainstream commercial numbers if SONY include one with EVERY DUO anyway - surely 1 per duo is ENOUGH! And the numberof people wanting to buy a replacement SURELY can be high enough to make it worthwhile for SONY or SHOPS to sell such an item - especially at the lyudicrous price of £30 - aat that price just buy a NEW 32mb duo WITH sleve included!!
I doubt they really do sell them for £30 - perhaps you are thinking of the DUO to Compact Flash adaptor sleeve?! Or maybe SONY really are as Crazy as this would suggest?!
