Bookmark topic
Before synchronizing I get the following message:
"No phone is connected. Please connect a phone."
- Obviously the phone is connected,
- I see that the P800 icon in the lower right disappeared
- I checked the Phone Monitor options to verify that the com port for usb is enabled.
What am I missing to make this go smoothly?

Try and select another USB comm port just incase the P800 wants to connect to that.

Or check the cable status in your p800 control panel and be sure it's not on "modem" mode.
