Hi my p800 is the best phone to date but the support for problems is hopeless, My PC (SONY) no longer recognises my phone despite several hours of phone conversation with Orange (useless) Sony-Erricson - Sony UK - Downloaded all the latest software (PC SUITE) drivers etc. but to no avail so it leaves a nasty taste but despite this it is one hell of a peice of kit & I guess that somewhere someone will have a cure for my phone - I hope
Anyone advise & Help? Please

Icon in status bar says that phone is conected to USB on COM7, but when clicking on P800 icon on desktop displays Not Connected message.
