> No mms upgrade!

I went to a service center today to ask about the upgrade, and the answer I got wasn't all satisfying.
The clerk said that there's not going to be an mms upgrade for t68m.
He had just spoken to ericsson and asked when they were going to ship ut the upgrades.
The answer he got was that no upgrades will be avaliable.
The t68i will be released with mms and thats it.
It is possible though that the upgrade will be avaliable in the future. But it's not certain.

that is just contradicting yourself. First you say its definatly unavailable, then it maybe. Hmm strange that.

I spoke today with SE support in Finland, and they told me that the MMS upgrade will be released in a few weeks...

ye I think this news is bs since we have spoken to many SE reps and all said that there will be a mms upgrade, maybe this guy was drunk and trying to work or something since he doesn't know much.

Here in england, we have a 'Trades Descrition Act'. This that the goods sold have to be suitable for the task intended and as described. They said that the Ericsson T68 would be the first MMS compatable mobile phone. If SE don't carry out thius upgrade, they will be liable for court action I'm sure as they have breached the law!
They are a massive company and are aware that these laws exist, so don't worry they wouldn't let the consumer down like this, it's just a matter of time till they sort out this situation.
