Hi there,
I am having problems when synchronizing my contacts with Outlook.
I have entered 2 mobile phones for a contact in my P800, but outlook only displays one.
Is there a way to get both phone numbers in outlook?

I have this same problem its most annoying!!! It also does the same when I sync my contacts over to my T68i, it looses one of the mobile numbers as well, SE, sort it out!!!

Mine made second/third entries when a contact had 2+ cellphone/worknumber/homenumber.
But it worked better with Windows Address Book.

I have had numerous problems syncing with outlook, so much so that I don't sync any more. I have the latest version of everything except the firmware so I may try again when I get that upgraded.

I thought I'd continue on this post than start a new thread.
I have had a few problems with sync with outlook (please bear with me....) I'm running XP on my computer.
When i first got the P800 and sync with outlook there was no problem...it was great having all the contacts in outlook.
But it was getting a bit tedious having the phone syncing every time i connect the phone via the cradle, so i had the sync diabled with outlook when everytime the phone is connected. But still able to install and copy files.
Then 2 days ago I decided to sync the phone with outlook. The first ocassion I lost all my contacts on the phone!!!!
The second time i sync...it duplicated every contact on the phone.
Other issues is with the calender, appointments and reminders will be lost after sync when some are on repeat.
Could someone tell me the sync settings to avoid this, please.

I created a new contact folder, sync-ed it with the phone. No problem whatsoever with numerous syncs over BT.
Advice - read the instruction of the sync sw, it worked for me
Otherwise u get empty phonebook and crap like that
