When somebody call us and we has put his picture to be shown when he call us this picture will be full screen?

No, its not full screen. Its the same size box as the dialogue box you get when you missed a call.
It starts about 15% down from the top, is slightly in from either side and finishes about 15% up from the bottom so there is room for the button labels at the bottom.

Almoste full screen. You can see some millimeters of the menu.
But its probably the best you can have.
