> T68i blank phone entries and CPW warranty
Bookmark topic
I have a T68i and I've just noticed many entries missing intermittently from the phone book. I have searched the forum but I cannot find a definitive fix for this issue. I have emailed SE Support and they say I need to take it to a service point. However, my phone is just over a year old. So, does this mean that my phone's not covered? I got my phone from CPW and I'm sure they used to do 3-year guarantees on mobiles. I have their Lifeline thing, too, if that's any help.
Also (off topic I know) does anyone know if Orange still stock Sony Z8. My wife's damaged hers and is probably going to claim on Care however she refuses to have a different kind of phone. If they don't, I guess I'll find one second hand somewhere...
Thanks.

There is a bit of stuff about it
here but in my own experience I found it happened when synching contacts with outlook that had only the company name filled in.
I found if I also put the company name into the full name field and resynched I never had that problem again.

its a corrupt phonebook..if you have a backup of your files @ outlook, try making a Full Force synch (using XTND) w/ the settings of OUTLOOK OVERWRITES PHONE

CPW were doing 3 year warrentys but if you took out the life line policy then you should defernately be covered as long as it is still running of course !

I had the exact problem! the names showed up as blanks and the numbers apart from 5 out of 200ish entries which were placed where they would normally be in the list anyway. I just deleted all the phonebook and entered everythin again.
