> What's Wrong With My Camera

Dont know if anybody has any ideas or can point me in the right direction regarding my camera. It was acceptable but it is slowly getting worse, I thought having the firmware upgraded would help but to no avail. Question would any applications cause this? any ideas would be appreaciated.
