Vodafone Sweden announced today that T 610 Was Nr 1 in sales during May. First time a vodafone live phone has been Nr 1. The vice president said the demend for T 610 is huge. Not bad for T 610 Nr 1 and was only for sales in may 2,5 weeks

thats because Sweden must have some pretty smart people living there. The rest of the world is generally ignorant. I read some interesting stats on the Australian mobile market today - Nokia has a 70% market share.
Now THAT is a joke.

In the philippines it's easily 90% for Nokia. Mainly due to ignorance. Common things I hear is:
1. Nokia phones are stable
2. You can only SMS your friends on Nokia phones
3. Only nokia phones will allow you to customize your ringtone, etc.
Basically, you could glue the word Nokia onto a piece of dog$#!t and it still would sell here.

here in UK, i am seeing a LOT of T610 already in peoples hands (SE has priced it just right here)
I am seeing more of the T610 than P800's
the T300 comes between the two..
T310, havent seen one yet!
also the T600 and T100 are sellecg like hotcakes too amongt students

It's probably true in the UK too that the Voda LIVE! T610's have outsold many other handsets in the last month - what they wouldn't mention, however, is that 99.9999% of us just bought them on PAYG, used them for a week, then took them back!
Voda's fault for being the first with them out, really

even my sister bought the T310 - she normally loves nokia!
after buying the T310 she said that she loves it know, the only thing which is distrubing her are the SMS tones and that there is no PARIS[ a nokia game] in the T310
