I need to get Italian added to a T610 in the UK if i'm gonna buy it. Rang a SE service centre in south london and they said no you can only flash it with "exactly the same software that's already on it". If you need a different language you should buy it in that part of the world!
Basically said that they'd tried on the Vodafone customised ones and they couldn't add extra languages. I said mine would be a non-customised standard one and he said I'm welcome to come along and try - they've not done it yet to a standard T610.
Has anybody added language packs to non-customised T610's yet? Does it eat into existing memory or overwrite what's there? I got Italian added to my T68i but the original languages are still there too.
