Once you've opened the file in QuickTime, you can export in a number of different formats such as .aif or .wav.
However, as Windows Media Audio format is a Microsoft format you'd need another program to convert the .aif or .wav into a .wma
I'm a Mac user so I don't know what you'd use to do this. Doing a search on
http://www.versiontracker.com may help
