Hi, I called SE Helpdesk and asked them about the increasing polyphonic ringing tones..
And I asked them if its a bug or anything they can remove on later softwares..
The answer I got is that they have been like that from the T300. And all the models are like that..
But I asked him why is there this choice in the menus..
He just said "because there is!"
I hate that my phone is always in increasing, even if I turn it of.. When someone calls me the phone first vibrates for one second.. and then the ringingin tone begins... Sometimes I miss calls, and sometimes I am lucky answering because I had the phone in my pocket and I felt it vibrate.
I told him that and he answerd with silence, and at last he said, well thats how it works!
I ended the conversation with "yeah, then the ringingtones are not necceassary, you can actually remove the ringingtones function in the next software"
SE Developer, if you read this.. PLEASE, change this and let us choose if we want increasing or not.. Also cranck up the volume just a bit!!!
Is there someone that knows more than the guy in SE helpdesk.. ??? Is there something that I dont know, that actually is a good reason of why all ringingtones are increasing!?

Because they use the speaker of the earpiece. It's to make sure you don't bust your eardrum.

If you listen carefully to it you will find that having increasing ring off it takes about 2 rings to get to max volume.
If you have increasing ring on it takes about 6 rings.
well it does on mine anyway.
