> T610 freezes on SMS with animation

I am encountering T610 freezing on receiving an SMS with animation comming from a P800. Can anyone else try this? This also appears to happen only when the contact who sent the animated SMS has a photo attached to it. When the animated P800 SMS is recieved, the photo of the contact pops up and T610 informs me that there is an SMS then none of the buttons will respond (not even the power off button).

sorry, i've not encounter such problem yet. other than that particular SMS, is it fine for other pictured SMS?

Err... u mean MMS (sms attached with a photo?), right?
maybe the picture size is too big (think of the screen and speed of P800), I think.

As I understand it she is getting an SMS with an animation.
She has associated a picture with the sender of the SMS, and when the picture is displayed on receiving the SMS, the phone freezes...
I've heard of other T610 users also experiencing other random freezes of the phone, and after having lived with those on my T68 since I bought it (and changing the phone several titmes) I really don't want to experience anything similar now that the T68 FW is finally a bit more stable!
So please, anybody experiencing freezes on the T610, please submit it here so that we can all benefit from this info!

yes i receive an sms and it freezes my phone for about 20-30secs before any buttons respond. I don't have any picutres attached to that number either

i have a problem with mine, the phone freezes for 10-15 secs when i recieve an sms from the web eg sent from the o2 website. sms from normal numbers are fine as are mms.
