hey guys
I got a o2 payg card which is suppose to give me 300txt/wap free every month! problem I can access the wap for free but get charged for sms? any reason? or do I have wait a certain time before I can get free text?

anyway it said its the card which gives you 300txt/wap evey month! i think i have to wait for 48hrs or something? dnt know! anyway
I plan to get a sim only online contract! btw: its GPRS its .50MB free, and 400WAP mins free! wats the difference? doenst wap use gprs to access wap pages?

ring o2 on 08705-214-000 and ask them to reset your free sms allowance as your being charged
ask them to refund you the cost of the call too, if you go over 2 minutes ask them to call you back.

Bad luck.
If you're having a problem with what appears to be an o2 online sim (300 minutes, 300 texts) then 214000 won't help.
You'll need to call 0906 302 4445 or 1702 at 50ppm.

it takes about a day for the txts to start dont worry,i bought mine off ebay too and same happened to me.
