Someone keeps on giving me blank calls with a with held number is there any way i can find out who the hell it is?
It is very irritating as when i dont pickup it goes onto voicemail and im charged to listen to my voicemail b4 7pm !!!
im on 02 (singlepoint)

You can contact you service provider and they will take care of it. I believe that they are able to find out the number and block it/report it to the persons service provider.

Many many moons agi I too had similar problems.
I was and still am with one2one/T-Mobile. It is virtually impossible for them to trace a number when calling you witheld. However if they leave a voicemail, they could check the number on that, witheld or not. They won't give you the info, but can report back to the caller. Also the police is a good shout, they will sort it out good and proper.

They dont talk on the voicemail but play out songs for me

They wont charge you because it is part of their service to look into and follow up nuisance calls. It's all part of this new government thing...
If the call does indeed connect then they should have no trouble resolving the number, the with-held number instuction only stops your phone from displaying the number.
