Which charging or playing games the screen on my T610 flickers. Is this normal and is anyone else facing the same? Does the new batch of the T610 without the hiss problem have this problem? Mine hisses and was planning to get it exchanged so wanted to find out if this is a common problem with all the T610 or mine specifically?

Note: If you want to figure out the screen filtering easily, put the phone on charge, and turn of the background. With a plain background, you can easily notice the flickering, atleast in mine i can.

Can't say I have noticed any flicker. When does it do that?

java or mophun? I play AlienScum all the time (I'm on the SE top 10 list at the mo) and haven't noticed any flicker at all.

It happens everytime the screen refreshes i guess.

Like every increment of the battery (while charging) the screen flickers once.

Even noticed that when i was playing the preinstalled Minigolf game.

Well.... j/k,

but technically we've all got 'flicker' - the screen refreshes many times per second, some of us notice, some don't. Personally i can see it, but it's not too much hassle - looks like a monitor at 60Hz, rather than the usual 100/120Hz i use. I know that loads of other people don't even notice the difference though (but i pity their eyes.)

Plus during games etc where more processor power is being required & more is demanded of the screen (drawing moving objects, etc), then the FPS'll probably drop too - but that'd create more of a 'stutter' than a 'flicker'. I think you are just seeing the same refresh as me, only it's more evident during gameplay or other intense studying of the screen.
