Hi
Ok, I signed up for my T610 with Vodafone retail on the 21st May.
I have exchanged the phone 3 times and then they said that when they get their hiss free phones they will exchange it again regardless of the fact that the 14 returns period had expired.
So, I exchanged it for one of their "hiss free" jobbies yesterday, incidentally it is a W19 R2E and I thought it was great that it didn't hiss anymore. Then today I miss about 3 calls and 2 sms's cause I can't hear it nomore when it is in my shirt pocket when I could before.
On top of this I still hate the voda customisations.
A guy from CPW came to my shop today and said I still may be able to cancel if I shout trading standards as the phone is still defficient after 4 exchanges.
Do you think I will be able to cancel agreement and get one from CPW or will Voda retail throw some clause at me and say no.
If you think I will be able to cancel, then what is my best way about doing it?
Cheers

You could claim the phone is not fit for the purpose you bought it for as it does not work.
You should be able to return it without any problems provided you can demonstrate the phone is faulty.
I would be extremley surprised if Voda gave you any hassle about the return of your contract considering the problems you have had.
Be civil only mention Trading Standards, the law or Oftel if they give you any problems.
