I have found a place that will upgrade you P800 for free as long as it is still under warranty in East Sussex.

They do need approx 3-4 hours to upgrade it though however.

had mine done there too, there pretty good. They have done my T68 before too. They only do it on weekdays.

might be a problem with the fone then, why not get that company to have a look see if there's anything wrong?
