mine has 2 pins to plug into the wall socket.
it makes no diff, cos even if SE has 3 pins to connect to wall socket, the earth is useless, as it will be made of plastic.

Experience shows that it depends which market are phones originally delivered for. 3-pin for UK, SG, HK, India... 2 round pin for some EU countries. 2 flat pin for China, maybe also for the US, to meet the industrial standards.

I think mine was intended for SG and it does have 3 pins. Lars is right. The other one is just for grounding and is plastic.
One concern though; are all SE chargers cross model compliant? Got a T610 and used that on my P800 but when I took a closer look at the back of each charger the T610's output was 4.9 while the P800's was 5.1. Im hoping that I did not damage the P800 (seems to be working just fine but now using the charger that came with each phone).
