Um...whats with the t310 and the t316 ? Both seemingly available in the US, seems to be no difference...

Same diffrence as other T models like T610 (eu) and T616 (us)
T300 (eu) has
GSM 1900
GSM 900 GSM 1800
And
T316 (us) has
GSM 1900
GSM 850 GSM 1800
