Hey, the HPM-10 mp3 player is now selling on expansys for $42... that's almost the cost of just the memory card. Why is it so cheap? Does anyone know about a new mp3 player coming out soon?

I bought it too, cos it's really cheap! It's cheaper than a 32MB card here!!!

So, just buy it and then you'll always have a cheap card! The card can always be used!

No news on a new MP3 Player yet....

simma down peeps. how about we just wait and see instead of jumping to conclusions? it makes sense that they would release a 'sony-ericsson' branded player, but who knows?

I actually asked sonyericsson regarding this matter and they responded with the following-

I do apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. At this time, there is no schedule release for a new MP3 player from Sony Ericsson.

But seriously, what does the person who replied really know? they have to get rid of their inventory, true. if they told me a new player is coming, i might have waited.

I doubt there will be a

MP3 player. I think we'll see a Sony MG-MemoryStick2 ATRAC player clip on sometime down the line though.
