I am thinking of buying new phone. I want to buy a phone which has the best camera. Please tell me what is your opinion. Can only SE P800 make pictures in 640x480?

The P800 does have a good cam at 640 x 480 but generally pictures that size are of little use in the phone itself since the screen does not have that resolution, and are of not so much better quality in general use that the cam in say the T610 (288 x 352) if the intention is MMS or emailing. amd the P800 pics at that res would cost more in GPRS charges too.
Having had the P800 and changed for the T610 I am pretty happy with the T610 cam for the sorts of uses that I have and I switch to a full blown sony digital camera for other uses.
edit: an afterthought... I did have a play with the Sharp GX-10 and a friend has one too. I think the cam on there is probably the best I have seen and Sharp have now released the GX-10i though I don't know if they improved the cam even further. Worth a look perhaps if cam quality is the key factor.

Well, let's face it. Knowing which is the best phone-cam matters. It is a marketing 'factor' to other people who wants to buy a new phone. Take @spookyy for example.
Phone-cam quality is very important especially when shooting other people's arse!!! Hehehehe.

Being a P800 user, the quality of the pics could be better but I understood from the start that it was an added feature to capture spontaneous moments. If I were to think about image quality I would take my Ixus out.
Try to think what functions you really need in a mobile phone. If picture quality is your top priority maybe you'd like to think of using a digital camera. Although I have to say that smartphones are really neat because they extend the actual functionality of the phone through software.
