hi,
I plug my datacable in and plug it to com port and phone. (t300) but MPN (i think it is called) does not find the phone on my computer
is there an option on the phone to start using data or something in that region.

You have to "enable" the corresponding COM port in the Phone Monitor Options. You may also need to set the COM port speed to 9600 in device manager.

Control Panel -> Phone Monitor Options -> COM ports
highlight the COM port that correspond to your cable, click ENABLE.
To set PORT speed to 9600
Device Manager -> Ports -> Communications Port (COM ?) that corresponds to your cable -> Port Settings -> Bits per second -> 9600
IR is 100 times easier
