I used T68i before for a long time and was very happy with it, then I switched to T610 (I don't regret it) but several things are just way worse than on T68i...
(Hope SE are reading this!)
1) There are 2 buttons for wap in standby... One takes you to [Internal address] (sux because it's branded, but OK, I can live with it)... why? Couldn't they just let us choose what the "Up" button will do??
2) I often type in URLs manually, I used to open Wap, select "Enter address" and here we go... I have to "load" something first on T610 and THEN I have the option to go somewhere... the same goes for bookmarks (can be put in Shortcuts but that's just slow)... this is quite stupid and should be changed, the previous structure was better
3) Auto keylock worked fine on T68i, but is of no use on T610... you have to be at the standby screen for keys to lock, quite useless...
4) I had "" for Call contact (Find)... not possible on T610, I can just customize "5) no standby time calculator :-/ it worked fine, now it's gone... not a major drawback but it was useful at times
6) The red LED is of no use, they should've put a green one to indicate Power On/Network, now I don't know if the phone is on...
7) The display is great... when inside a building... but is absolutely unreadable in daylight (doesn't like blue skies?), T68i could still be read and used
The hole for "string/rope/cord"(sorry for my bad english) seems risky... I used it on P800 (helped against pickpocketers who just push you and take the phone) because it looked solid... on T610 it's just a thin plastic thingie, one wrong move and it's bye-bye...
9) The camera could've been better... I know it's just a phone and the camera is OK for MMS... but i was used to MCA-20 :-/
I don't understand why phone with so many buttons has only one customisable - +/- do the same, two buttons for wap, no profile switch on power button (one of the very seldom features I really liked about Nokia
I hope they change something... I'd say T610 is the same as T68i with better display and camera... but those changes they've done are weird :-/
Feel free to correct me, any hints?

5) I never believed that anyway and since I charge every night I didn't really worry about checking it either on my T68i

That's cool, can you see the URL? Is it [Internal address] or something else? It was possible on Siemens phones to put shortcuts to the submenus (don't remember how, it was something like
ss://1:20, i'd like about:blank personally :))

That's possible, I only waited for about a minute and it just kept shining (slightly dimmed) with keys unlocked

I know but I'd have to choose between SMS and Call...
Down joystick is useless, I have 460 contacts in my phone, about 40 starting from M... it drives me mad calling somebody from the middle of M through the down key... I used "Call contact" which let's you enter the beginning of the name

3) I just discovered (while trying to reproduce your problems) that if in the call contact menu with a list of names showing then the keylock does not come on at all so it could also be the case elsewhere. I didn't notice my phone not locked previously. Oh! and when I am in the SE menu described in 2 it doesn't go into keylock... hmmmm...
edit: Just tried keylock on my T68i and for example if you go to messages, email, inbox... the T68i doesn't keylock either... its like there is some logic that if you are in a function then the keylock doesn't come on
4) Not sure what you mean here actually as I just tried my T68i and down arrow also takes me into Call Contact starting at the first entry in the phone book, not prompting for the beginning of the name?

is there no More button? Bad :-/ Why isn't this menu accessible otherwise?

On T68i the first item in the Shortcuts menu was for the < and the second one was for >, on T610, you only have one... So if I want to call "Monica" which is in the middle of M, I have to press Down, then M and then scroll a looooong way through all M* contacts... that sucks. On T68i I'd just long-press > and enter "Mo"...

icon, with four options (Search engine, Picture gallery, Online manual, Settings)... is this connected to the
www.sonyericsson.com/fun/ site?? where does the "Settings" option take you??
I guess the other "Internet Services" menu is like the "WAP Services" menu on the t68i... i.e. enter a bookmark, address, or go to homepage, etc...?
Is it only the first menu that is customised by Voda/T-Mobile etc... Does the "Internet Services" menu still let you enter address, etc...?
Which menu does the top right button take you to??
Which menu does pushing up take you to??

just create a new wap profile - after that the button on the right side doen't take me any longer to the branded portal, but to the internal SE browser menu. this allows input of URLs without going online...
