I am having problems recieveing picture messages with T-mobile in the UK. I can send them fine and everyone receives them, but when someone tries to send it to me, i get the message but it is blank and there is no picture!?? It is bloody annoying. Looks like it is somethingto do with the picture size, cos I can receive them if the size is set to bloody small but surelly that isn't good enought!!

My friend (on Vodophone) sends a picture message to me (on T-mobile) and my other friend (on 02) and my other friend on 02 gets it fine, but i get the usual blank message!

Is this just T-mobile being crappy or what? Have tried customer services and they are terrible, I end up telling them things they don't know!

If the phones used to send messages store images larger than the max image size of your phone then indeed it will get screwed up. I assume that you are not all using the same phones...

Unfortunately not!

Well my friend can send me pictures from his T68i without problems, they are just tiny! My other friend is using a Sharp vodaphone live stupid phone!!

I am guessing as some people can receive them on other networks that T-mobile limit the size of their messages for some reason?

Yes this is the other problem. Without any compatability X-network for MMS messages it is still pretty hit-and-miss as to whether your message will send correctly.

Call your provider, get GPRS and MMS enabled on your account then download the settings for your phone from your providers website.
