Has
found out why this happens? I just experienced it 1st time today. I didn't loose anything on my phone though? Are u supposed to loose info when this happens? Was I lucky or is it normal not to loose data?

Problem with this 10 sec error is that you wont know that you're phone cannot interact with the world unless you accidentally take a look at the screen. By this time you could have already lost a couple of important phone calls. Hope SE resolves this cause I love this gadget.
