> theme editor,pics have bad res!

hello all,i have sussed how to chnge pics to the correct res of 101/80 through microsoft photo editor for a t68i but very pic i have changed to fit the theme editor looks really distorted,if i try and load the pic as normal it says its to big,as i said when i change it the pics are really really spoiled and sometimes unrecogniseable..........any way round this?

use other pic editor like adobe photoshop or jasc paintshop pro.
