When I get my new T610 and sync it will Outlook/XTND connect, will it just transfer my Outlook stuff to the phone,? No problem?

I tried to sync my T39m with two PCs. It didn't work well. On the 2nd PC with no contacts on it, it thought that I had deleted all my contacts and wanted to delete them on my phone too.
