aaaaagh, just purchased the T610 and like the Siemens S55 it does not come with any standard "ring ring" tones similar to those on the T68i. Why do they do this?

Anyone know how to get the Low Pitch, Medium Pitch tones from a T68i to the T610.

Cheers Mike

it may sound a bit of a long way round, but i sent some of 'my sounds' from my t68i to my t610 via text, so you could always try and compose it on t68i & send it to the t610. whats up with the 'old phone' ringtone, i will admit the first time mine rang i looked around for a phone box untill my mate said "is that your phone ringing?" but its not that bad is it?

"old phone" rocks! real nostalgia feel to it. I use it as my default ringtone. "Theme from friends" for my ...well.. friends;) "the Godfather" for my father and "we are family" for my family:)

Thanks. I agree the "old phone" sound is pretty good. Takes me back years. But the standard tones in the T68 were pretty cool also. I can't understand why they removed them. Nevertheless the T610 is a great phone.

I'm looking for "normal" ringtones too. These poly ringtones are kinda annoying and I just want a plain old normal cell phone ringtone. I tried the ones posted here:

but with little success, they're too quite even on the loudest ring volume.
