i took my 'hisser' back today to the cpw and they gave me a phone number to ring Sony ericsson which was...

if you ring that phone number they will give you an address to post your phone to and are offering a 24hr turnaround time on handset repairs
JUST MAKE SURE YOU SEND YOUR HANDSET SPECIAL DELIVERY!
havnt sent mine yet, i still want to play with it, have only had it a few days but atleast i know that it can be fixed, hope this helps some people.
