I'm using the Belkin USB Bluetooth adapter, and if my phone is more than 2 feet away from the adapter, my signal drops to "too weak". If I move more than 6 feet away, my signal drops completely. Anyone else experiencing this? If so, and ideas on what is wrong?

move your 2.4GHz cordless phone away from the computer, perhaps? Or locate your Bluetooth adapter up on your table top or something.

Yeah, you either got it setup poorly or your hardware is knackered.
You want to keep your dongle as far away from powerlines, phones e.t.c. as possible.

Well, today, I brought the bluetooth adapter to my office, and I get the same results. I'm not sure if this problem is with my phone or the adapter. Are there any settings out there to increase my signal strength?

No settings. Try the dongle with another bluetooth phone and check that the dongle aint buggered. You could also try connecting your phone to another device just to rule out the possibility of your phone being knackered.

Ok, I'll try that. I don't have any friends with bluetooth, so I'll need to figure that one out. Does anyone else have a T68i? Do you have pretty good reception with bluetooth?

I have a t68i and my connection to other phones is pretty good. I can usually connect up to the max of 10m.
