thanks, i've seen that thread. but there is only sendfile mirrored on the clubsonyericsson website, phone backup is not.

I just did a quick google and couldn't find any mirrors.
Guess you will have to hope that someone who has it reads this thread.

why not just send everything from your phone to your pc? i thought it was the easiest way to do it.

Not easier. Backup tool copies everything to your PC by itself.
