have they accepted the fact that the first T610s had a fault with the speaker?
Well, the T-Mobile shop I brought mine from has not and I still need to explain to them why I want to return my T610 and swap with a new one. Also they are sold out and every time when I come back when they ask me to, they don't have any in. The reply I get is. Sir come back Wednesday, come back next week. Its not going to be long before my 28 days is up and I can't return it because I am tied to a contract where I can't refund it.
P800 is too much, and the rest of the phones I don’t like…
I can’t find a case for the phone too, its beginning to piss me off
If anybody can, led me to a official SE document explaining this problem? that would be very helpful and what model verison is hiss free?

T-Mobile are well aware of the fault. The shop is just fobbing you off. They should have new handsets in by Friday. Ask the shop to contact customer services. Bring them to this site too. The reason they are out of stock is because all the faulty stock was recalled.

Thanx for the reply,
Would they take much notice of this site?
Anyways, the rep said there were more comming in this Friday, like u said. What was the number to look out for to make sure that it is a hiss free model?

Why don't you just send your handset off to Celestica to get it repaired? It is now a 24hour turnaround so you should get it back 2 days after you send it to them special delivery (they deliver back to you via citylink). There seems to be universal happiness from people who have sent their phones to Celestica to be repaired - completely fixes the hissing without compromising the volume or anything else - and now they seem to have geared themselves up for very fast turnarounds there seems little reason not to do it.

@TPking
The Celestica option is a good one, but make sure the phone has R3A on the IMEI sticker on the side of the box. If you are lucky enough to take the phone out of the box hope it is at least 03W21, preferably 03W23 onwards.
