Hello!
I had a T68 before, and once the guy from the service centre told me there was some "secret warranty seals" on it, but that you could open your phone, sweep out the dust, without anyone ever knowing that it has been opened by myself...
So my question is simple... I have my T610 for almost a week now, I'm very happy about it except that there's already dust under the screen... So is it possible to remove the the cover without voiding the warranty... Going to my service point or service centre would be the wisest solution I know.. but it's very time consuming for just some particles of dust...
Anyone?
Cytech? Do you have any info about this?
Btw, I'm not encouraging this! It's my responsability after that not to ruin my phone! It worked well on my T68 so...

I have a t68 and i opened it several times, should do it now. Thing with mine is that the dust only got in after i changed covers, with the original it was perfectly sealed. Anyway, what you need is a t6 screwdriver. I did not see any seals break, or any seals for that matter when i took my cover off. I'm not sure about how to take the t610 cover off but if you search ebay for t610 housing you will find people who sell it, they have pictures of dismanteled phones, with the covers taken off, and they can help you out.

to get it off i hadto kida lever the black bit on the back at the top off that was the hardest bit then is just undid the 2 screws at the bottom under the battery and 2 screws at the top kinda half under the aerial, then the face i leverd off i saw no seals. i also had a look were the red led cums from by pluggin it in with the case off it cums from the top right of the joystick (if i remember correctly) and i didnt see a green one there

My phone is now 1,5 years old and there is no dust under screen. BUT since I brought my phone - it seems to me that under display is a kind of sheet of clear plastic (membrane, film). And this is of the same size of the display.
I noticed that sheet under bright light. It seems that the sheet is a bit wavy.
So, I'm just curios:
is this sheet of clear plastic under display or is it the glass of display that is a bit wavy?
